Really put a choke collar on a puppy from 14 weeks?
Because do not know how to train a dog, please take the welfare of your puppy, you do puppy kindergarten classes. Your puppy will bring some needed socialization in a controlled environment and a qualified teacher to teach how to train your dog. Most places take the puppies once they her 2nd Series of shots.
