I have this reference to a website on the visa requirement:

An "invitation" is additional information that explains the fate of an applicant journey. U.S. embassies and consulates do not have a specific format that these letters must follow. Consular officials consider all the circumstances of the applicant to determine eligibility of visas. The documents as a "call", are often useful but not decisive for the decision on the eligibility of applicants for a visa. The mere possession of an invitation from a U.S. source does not necessarily guarantee that the holder will receive a visa.

Basically, they want to give you a letter explaining why their parents should be abroad to write. Moreover, it would probably make sense for delivery at the time of marriage, and how long you want to be able to stay later.

I would say something like this:

Anyone,

This letter is an invitation fMother's name or the name of the Father and the Seychelles to attend the wedding of his daughter, YOUR NAME, WEDDING date name of her husband in the city CITY OF MARRIAGE married.

It is expected that in the country a few days before the wedding, arriving at the finish and leave the United States, on or before the day of departure.

If you have questions about this alert, please contact me at the phone number or address listed below.

Sincerely,

YOUR NAME
YOUR ADDRESS

I can not imagine it is something that all individuals or formal ... contains the names of exactly what you ask to come to you asking why ask them to come when (the exact dates) you come to them and how long (again) the exact dates.

This is the kind of information for officials who want to assess your visa application and issuance of an equivalent for the period.

Good luck and congratulations on your wedding.
